Live's spell gfx

Hi there,

This is Xblade724 from P99 forum -- I was the original one to release the patch a while back to utilize Live's spell gfx! However, since spells_us has been locked, this has been impossible... until recently (well, 1/2 possible):

You can utilize HALF the new spell gfx that come from the hands -- so when you cast spells, you get a really smooth, HD looking spell graphic. SOME post-effect spell effects work as well, such as "minor shielding" line of spells that are more crispy looking.

I'm on vacation now, and have no idea what I did to get it to work, so I'll repeat my steps later and let you guys know what worked.

Let's get others to dive in this and figure out a way to get live's spell gfx without breaking the project 1999 rules!
